Delivery Policy
- Due to the handmade nature of The Kind Glass pieces, production can take up to 8 days depending on order volume.
- Once produced, items will be shipped within 24 hours and will arrive between 3-7 days in the US depending on where you are located
- International shipments can take 10-15 days to deliver
- Packages are shipped discreetly via UPS for both domestic and international orders.
- Packages are shipped from New Jersey.
- All packages will have a UPS tracking number that will be emailed to you upon shipment
